Vodapay is a ****

I bought WhatsApp data 3 weeks back on Vodapay, but I still haven't received it, when I query their support, I am being sent from pillar to post, they even send me to cellc, though I bought airtime from them, I want my money back, I called cellc and cellc said they dnt know anything about vodapay, the vodacom consultant also tried cellc with no luck, but vodacom keeps on saying I must call cellc, for what if vodacom itself failed, I want my money back.

They keep on encouraging us not to use our banking apps and use vodapay, but when we buy on vodapay, they **** us and not deliver. it's been more than 3 weeks. I sent them everything, proof of payment from their vodapay **** app, and screenshot from my banking app showing that money went out, taken by Vodacom.
