vodapay is a ****!!

I bought 2 items from vodapay both with the same price on the 29 Nov 2021, they only delivered one item not both items. I have been calling since then to date trying to find out why my item hasn't been delivered. The only answer I'm getting "we are investigation the problem" This vodapay of a thing is a **** they are de*****ing people who work hard for their money. How can I but 2 things but only get one??? That is nonsense!!!
