VODAPAY IS A ****

Ey guys please stay away from using vodapay, specifically their virtual card for transactions, on the 17th of March i made an online transaction which i had done in the past without an issue, but this time the transaction timed-out in the middle and my funds got stuck "PENDING", spoke to the service provider which i was making the payment to, they sent proof that the transaction went wrong midway and that i should talk to my bank (Vodapay in this instance) since the 17th of March till today the 14th of May 2024 i have been sent pillar to post by the call center agents, one of them back in April even had the audacity to argue with me and try to suggest that the transaction i speak of is not possible, (Making an card transaction online with the virtual card) even though is clearly visible on my transaction history, long story short they keep telling me that the back office is handling it (ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS) and that i will get a call back (they never call back) I have called so many times, its as if they are hoping I give up, all they keep saying is that the issue is pending with backoffice even though they acknowledge that the funds never reached the service provider, its been 2 months and they seem to not care at all to resolve this issue and reverse my funds into the wallet. Please for online transactions, use your normal bank card AND NOT VODAPAY.
