VodaPay Error
I am being the run around for my account which I paid on the 30th of October but somehow the payment is still not reflect and I'm being sent from pillar to post.

I am highly disappointed with the level of service I am receiving to solve this issue. I was asked to send a bank statement which I did. Now I'm being told to send a bank statement that only shows the payment. Why can't you go through the bank and look for the payment. I paid your amount in full and this will honestly ***** my credit with how slow this is being attended to.
