Vodapay deal **** on Spur vouchers

Really disappointed in VodaPay. They had this special from Spur whereby you buy 3 R240 vouchers and you only pay R 600. As people with kids anybody will take that deal in order to have the kids playing at the spur and enjoy a meal together. who doesn't like spur, right, especially the one in Durban North ..... Well when the time came to pay for our food 2 of the vouchers went through with no issues but the third one declined and just didn't want to work. had to pay in R300 after spending the R600 already that was suppose to cover for the bill at least the R240 of that R300 outstanding bill, we were suppose to pay in R 60 end up paying in R300. We informed the spur management and Vodapay straight away, was on the call with them that night and every other day after that and still up to today 04 July we still haven't received any feedback whatsoever from their side, we have to phone every time/day and still it is not sorted. this was on the 28 May 2024, very disgusted about this. i will never do that again.
