VODAPAY charged me R500 for a R150 ZULZI Voucher !!!

EC-1TRM-1IMGOB ( logged 25 June) Advanced Voucher discrepancy has not been resolved but the ticket is closed Escalated the matter a SR ticket ( Ref ***) was logged on the 14 July. The next day it was closed by someone names Marvin Team from the billing , He did not bother investigating the issue which is : being billed R500 for a R150 voucher. why did he close the ticket if I was not refunded the Extra R350 I was billed? he just closed it with loan Paid!! I WAS OVER CHARGED if he did his job he will see that!!

Between these Agents who keep telling me they will get feedback ,Katlego, Mpho, Orifuna, Nthabiseng, Tebello and Norman who I spoke to today very ***********. With Norman he wanted to RESET MY PIN, did I asked for my PIN to be Reset ( you dont read) . I asked for his manager to call me, They will call with this number that just goes silent and they will closed the call with customer not answering. I told Sheila previously about the line that is not working., Sort out your line when you call ( ***) I cant hear a thing.

I want my Refund !!!!
