Vodapay BP vouchers do not work!

I bought BP voucher on the Vodapay app and 1. had trouble finding a garage that used and 2. when I did find a garage that takes it, the voucher declined.

I paid R200 for the R210.00 voucher and was stuck without petrol!!! I need to be reimbursed ASAP as this voucher thing does not work!
