Vodapay app offline

Kindly advise why the Vodapay app is down?

YOU guys encouraged us to get the Vodapay app to transact but somehow never works.

I've been trying to purchase data since 05:00 AM this morning and, after successfully entering the OTP, it loads and gives an error stating "Ooops! Transaction failed. This bundle could not be allocated now, please try again later". With that being said, No, i cannot try again later as i require the data as a matter of urgency.
