Vodapay app of vodacom useless

You sign up for vodapay and the they have 1 day deals. But the deals never seems to work. I was on the builder deal that you get 50% off. did not work. I wanted to get something on Gabitall with 62% discount. Did not work. Then you chat to the support team. They will get back to you in 48 hours. How does this makes sense on a one day (24hour) deal. I would not reccomend it until they fix all the problems with the one day deals. They are just marketing and using us at the moment.
