"Vodapay App not Allocating Vodabucks!!..for Account Payments or Purchases??"

We Haven't Received Any Vodabucks Since the 25th August 2025 For Any One of Our 10 Contracts on Our Account for Payments Made to Vodacom through the Vodapay App... Also Very Frustrated As Unable to Share Any Vodabucks As We Previously did Up Until the 25th August 2025 For Vodabucks Received through V-Up or by Purchasing Data or Airtime... Tobi was not able to help and we have not been made aware of any Technical Pronlems Within the App... Unfortunately We Find Ourselves De Registaring and Uninstalling All 10 Users from the Vodapay App as Dishonesty Doesn't Deserve Any Further of Our Time...
