Vodapay app inconvenience
I logged a call for my Vodapay app that is not working and was told that the turnaround time for Vodacom to contact me is 9 working days. In the meantime am not able to buy airtime or data on special.
I think this is a strategy for the company, for customers to not get the specials promoted on the app!
