I recently bought vouchers for numetro on vodapay. to my surprise i can change them for 2d because there is no 3d movies to watch now and u cant cancel them so i can get my refund. Then you make me speaak to the stupid bot that doesnt even know what they are saying by the Name of Lesedi. If this is the new way to do business, I'd rather leave vodacom network forever, this BS is unacceptable. I expect a response asap. Dont want those vouchers anymore coz i cant use them. Please respond VIA sms T
