Vodapay App

This vodapay app support is useless. I have been trying to update my details by taking a picture of my ID, every damn time it says there is a problem with my picture. I have spoken to more than 6 agents who all tell me different stories. I was told my phone is the problem, i tried with someone else's phone but same result. A ticket was logged and closed with no resolution. I CANNOT USE MY WALLET.
