VodaPay *****

I took a mere R300 cash advance from Vodacom using their VodaPay app on the 20 March 2026, and on the 19th they didn’t take their money as agreed and I contacted them through the app and they adviced me to make a manual payment of R473 which I did using the banking details provided to me by one of their Agents and days went on without them allocating the funds to the right account , then after going back and forth they went on to debit my account an amount of R423 on the 3rd of May , I immediately reached out to them and asked their *********** agent to get them to refund me my money but in vain … Vodacom please refund me my money please
