Vodaom Repairs

I am extremely unhappy with my Samsung Note 5 as well as Vodacom’s repair department. I have sent my phone in twice in the past two weeks and they have failed to repair my device.

Today was very embarrassing, as i had to take around International Suppliers on a trade visit and i was unable to communicate with my clients or staff due to the issues with my phone. I find this unacceptable as i am not based in an office and rely on my phone to perform my work duties.

Please advise on way a forward, I will not accept for me to bring in the phone for third time.

What was the purpose for the phone to go into the advanced centre ? How will Samsung and Vodacom reimburse me for all the data cost due to the reloading of apps ? I also had to pay R 120 to backup my information, How do i reclaim this amount?

The same JOB Number was used for both repairs - ********** 9 -451
