Vodamail problems

I have had a problem with my vodamail. I only receive incoming mails up to 24hrs late!!!! It is an address used for my business, so I am losing work. I also receive a lot of spam messages, how do these people get my email address?? The technician at the shop couldn't help me, although she tried her best, and customer service is hopeless. Where can I get help??????
