Vodamail not working - AGAIN !

After having no email on 23 March nor over Easter, the service is again not available today. A letter to Vodacom CEO Shameel Joosub has not had any effect either. No-one from Vodacom has contacted me concerning the previous outage (Ref ***) nor, it seems, has there been any attempt to resolve what has become a frequent and ongoing problem. Even a report last week on HelloPeter didn't elicit any action from Vodacom other than an email advising that someone will be contacting me. Still waiting for that !
