Vodamail not working

My vodamail is not working now for months. I jhave phone vodacom (082135) on the 5th July and logged complained. There IT department would have phoned me for setup of security questions. No calls. I phoned again on 15th July to follow up and was told that they are still attending and I must call again on the 21st if no-one called me. I again phoned this morning (21st) and wanted to escalate and was told that they will take it up and phone me tomorrow if I am not called. This is shocking service as I CANNOT access my private emails at all.
