Vodamail not working

For almost two weeks Vodamail has either not been working or has been exceptionally slow. I've not been able to get or send my emails for five days - smtp and pop3 servers cannot be accessed. Spoke to call centre on 082 155 and they confirmed this is not specific tyo me but affects many users. They can't give any idea on when the problem will be resolved.<br> This is just not good enough !!!
