Vodamail No service

Hi. We have been experiencing non send and receive on our emails. When u call they cant answer you. You cant even download your mails from the vodamail server direct. The service works then does not. Went to the Irene Vodashop today and they checked our settings. nothing wrong. they informed us that vodamail is having problems and that nobody knows when this will be sorted. This is causing financial implications. If we don't pay our bills then they switch us off. If they don't give us service WHAT MUST WE DO ...CALL THE INCOMPETANT SERVICE CENTRE.
