Vodamail issues

I have been a loyal client of the vodacom for well over n decade. My vodamail email has not been working for over a mounth. I had a vodamail account that was my 1 & only email to my whole life. On the weekend i went into a vodacom shop to find out why. The lady told me that the service has been canceled. I had no idea of this. I have not recieved any form of warning about this. All my communications, apps & programs are linked to this email service. Now i cant access it so i cant contact all parties concerned to notify them of my new contact details. Do you have any idea how important a email address is. How it links a person's whole digital life. What a huge inconvenience you have put me a plenty of other customers through in this digital age. Than without warning you shut the whole service down. Is this how you do business? Is this how you treat your loyal clients. You think you can do what you whant but you forget that it is individuals like me that helped you become a communications giant.
