Vodamail is Useless

I cannot understand why I cannot log into my Vodamail account. They indicated that one would have to pay a fee for use of their inferior email service. I have used this email address for many years. Now I cannot get into the site. Last year, I spoke to someone at Vodacom and explained that the Vodamail site cannot be viewed on a smart phone. They obviously did not make any effort to improve the situation. Now, one cannot even get into the site! Why is the Vodacom service constantly of a poor quality?
