Vodamail Error

I am sick and tired of getting this error with Vodamail when I send and receive my mail on Outlook. it is not my setting on outlook it is a problem on the server that needs to be fixed, because an hour later it will work and receive mail again, but almost an hour later it will give the error again. This will carry on everyday and i am getting sick of this.
