Vodamail Emails disappear

<p>My Vodamail email has disappeared in November/December. When I asked what happened I was informed that because the number on which I originally opened the vodamail account was not used regularly for calling etc that it was deleted. All of my emails are gone. And I am now in desperate need to get it back as I am in the middle of a claim from my medical fund. Is the use of the number as a email address not a red flag that it is still active??</p>
