Vodamail email issues

I have now phone several times, each time having to wait and wait for assistance, and each time either consultant can't help me or promises feedback which never happen.<br> 1 - struggling to get into vodamail account .... <br> Vodacom Email <br> Loading ....<br> <br> 2 - one of my email adresses suddenly stopped working, first consultant tells me it never existed??? then second consultant get it back and all seems well, but still on Microsoft outlook it does not work like it should (and did).<br> <br> Seems no one knows what to do and then promise to get back, but never do...<br> Don't understand why I have to keep on rating service at end of each call??
