VODAMAIL EMAIL FAILURE NOT HELPING ME FIX THE PROBLEM

I accidentilly cancelled my vodamail number with vodacom. No knowing it was for that. Saving money and all that. Now that i want to switch it back on again. Vodacom is just not helping at all. This is for my business and in a week ive lost a lot of business because i cannot be reached over email. Ive phoned numourous times and nothing is getting done.
