Vodamail Down - no solution to the issue

My vodamail has stopped receiving e-mails in November 2023. I have contacted the Customer Care several times and still no solution to the issue. They keep resetting the Password - and that is not solving the issue. Is there anyone that knows what they are doing at Vodacom that can resolve my issue? I have spent hours on the line with the Customer Care Call Centre and still no solution to my issue. I have been waiting for the Technician to phone me, since 12 December 2023.
