Vodamail account access
My name is Franco. I recently switched mobile devices. I had to reactivate my vodamail and by trying to do so, I can't get it to work on my phone. I did logged a call on the 1st of September and nothing has been done to it. I ask that someone call me from the technical department in order to help me. It's 22 days now and absolutely NO DAM HELP! The service is just pathetic and unreliable. I only got n message that said my vodamail was reactivate and that it have to try it again, which I did, BUT IT'S STILL NOT WORKING. I had to call again and log another call and asked for the same thing over after 21 days.

22 Sept 2021, 11:44I HAVE ALREADY SPOKEN TO SEVERAL CONSULTANTS AND HAS NOT RECEIVED THE ASSISTANCE THAT I NEED. I HAVE REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO THE SERVICE MANAGER BECAUSE IT SEEM LIKE THE CONSULTANTS OR THE "BACK OFFICE PEOPLE", WHO THE HELL THAT IS, IS *********** OF DOING THEIR WORK. I HVE. PROBLEM FOR 22 DAYS NOW AND NO ONE CAN HELP ME!
