Vodamail

This is the second time I'm send a review about Vodamail. Now the SMTP is not working and the call center said it does not work on outlook. I have been using this mail for more than 12 years and now your call center told me I must change. They don't know what I must change what the protocols are. All they say I must use is office 360 and that is the product I'm using. I was also informed after my last review that a consultant will contact me and I'm still waiting. The consultant I spoke to was Inkosi and all he said is log into portal and after 25 minutes on the call he said there is a problem.
