Vodam - Nightmare cellphone service provider

Good day. Even a 1 star rating is still too much for this terrible service provider. Vodacom is the worse from the worse. My contract expires now and I want to cancel my contract which I am trying to do since 7 weeks!!!!!!! You can simply never get hold of anyone. I had a package where I always had Data included. All of a sudden I have zero Data left and get constant messages that I have already spend a certain amoung of rand of out of bundle data. I am hanging since almoust an hour in the line to speak to someone but it is impossible. I have never experienced a worse service from any cellphone provider. The service is beyond bad. I will immediatly stop my debit order as nobody is reacting to my Facebook messages neither is anyone picking up the phone. After 10 minutes of waiting in the queue for cancellations the phone gets just dropped.
