Vodalive- unwanted subscriptions taking your money

For months now R5 have been deducted nearly daily from my airtime, and after numerous enquiries I finally was told I have a Game subscription on Vodalive. Something I am sure I never gave consent for! First I tried SMSing 'Stop' to 31116 as Vodacom suggested but the SMS keeps on failing. So I had to create a online Vodacom account to access Vodalive and cancel the subscription (that I NEVER knowingly subscribed to). And logged out. This morning R15 is missing from my airtime, when I went to check I have 2 new subscriptions on Vodalive!!!!! As a service provider please tell me where customers give consent to you to subscribe them to any Vodalive services and more over where did I give consent to take money from my account?! And if no consent was given does this constitute as *****ing? I am truly disappointed in this service. I cannot monitor Vodalive daily to see what unwanted subscriptions have been added to my account and remove them. Vodacom, as my service provider for many years I expect better.

Vodacom phoned me this morning and refunded me for the unwarranted deduction of my airtime for Vodalive services. Thank you, the speedy response to this is appreciated. I do however have to reiterate the point that I made, how do I, or anyone for that matter prevent this from happening in the future? As a service provider, and judging from the amount of similar complaints on Hellopeter and other sites, this is doing your image a lot of damage.
