Vodalife unknown Data charges
#ClassActionVodacom***** Cell ********** main Cell **********
Dear Vodacom,
As you know I cannot solve problems at your helpdesk. My only hope is to work through Hello Peter. The problems I am experience with Vodacom is very stressing. You must pay huge amounts, then speak to a brick wall, and you cannot just cancel your contract. No consultant will contact you directly and you cannot solve problems in a few minutes, it takes weeks.
You should appoint people, train them in your systems and how to solve problems. Also, be truly transparent and do not trick cell users and charging them for unwanted services. I also suggest that your internal auditors check invoices against contracts to detect problems.
Be serious about your customers, Karma will come.
I have been billed Vodalife R1 078 since January 2018 to 1 May.
I have also been charged unknown data usage R 1 306.53 (excl VAT) since Jan 2018 to 22 May 2018.
I have not checked Vodalife or other strange data usage before Jan 2018.
This month I have already been charged R798.92 (Incl VAT) data even though I still have 3Gig and 7Gig night owl left of my 20Gig contract to use.
Therefore, you or someone in your organisation is allocating costs to my account before I have used up my data? So, the total unknown data allocated to my account 20gig contract since Jan 2018 is R395.17 + 216.66 + 694.7 = R1 306.53 (exl VAT).
There is no way I would use so much data in addition to 20 gigs. I monitor my data balances on a continuous basis, but as you can see from your billing you start charging me for data before my own data is not depleted.
I previously had a problem Vocalife allocated to my 10 Gig Account, a consultant gave some credit to refund the non-requested services, also as per My Broadband, cell users do not request this service.
The consultant made a basic mistake, or it is deliberate, I am still being charged for this *******. This month so far, I have been charged R261.77 Vodalife, R10.00 for Entertainment services, R15.01 Content services and R10.00 for handset charge?
The real shocker is of course charging me R798 .92 (vat included) for data while my current contract data is not finished yet. I do need to know how this happened?
I would appreciate it if you could correct all errors above and also let me know how this happened?
It does not help to speak to your helpdesk, they only know obvious answers. The consultant must please phone me or send me his/her contact number.
Vodacom platform for *******, **********, and money launderers A review of Vodacom by DIRK V on 1 May 2018
Vodacom platform for *******, **********, and money launderers Vodahone live charges R10 a day. The gentleman at the "helpdesk" did not know how to solve the problem. I told him it is because the ********** do not want him to know. I have not used the vodafone live website in 2 years. Vodacom trick you to subscribe to some site charging you via the internet, also known as theft. Vodacom can cancel it, but it is very difficult to stop or not stop it at all from the start? There are faceless people sitting behind this strategy, people you cannot see, cannot talk to. The staff in the back office are not informed how and why this process is in place. The gentleman at the helpdesk "escalated" my problem to a "Solution Expert", passing the buck. What a joke, he also could not give me a telephone number to follow up, which is another way to not do anything about it and keep on *****ing and possible money laundering processes. I can keep on phoning the helpdesk repeatedly, but my problem will not be solved, I can get a lawyer, but he will also have to go through the red tape himself. It is time for a class action, this ***** must stop! Vodacom allows its platform to be used by ********* from within Vodacom and external vendors. If necessary, we can send someone to do some basic programming to stop Vodacom and external companies to charge you unwanted services. All Vodacom must do is cancel the ********** charges at the start, not cancel it when they have made the extra income budgeted for. The Vodacom tactic is like the debit order ***** taking place, hoping it will not be spotted by customers. I see on other complaints Vodacom issues a standard reply for everyone, hat also will not solve our problems, we need to find and speak to someone with the so-called expertise and a direct line to use until these elusive charges are stopped. I will now post this review, get a standard response, and then nothing.... and start class action.
