Vodalend Cash Loan

I once took R85 from Vadalend in October 2023 and paid it off that very same month because it wasn’t that much money. It has never appeared on my credit report until now on my current credit report, saying that my account is in arrears of R1. I emailed them several times to get that information off my credit report as it wasn’t true but they seem to not be interested to help me with that, and it is now messing up my credit score that I worked so hard to get back on track.
