On the night of 31 May I wanted to send one sms. I did not have sufficient airtime. As i would receive new airtime on 01 June i decided to only buy R 5 in order to send the sms. It didnt go through. I bought R 50 more. The sms now went through. I checked my balance and it was R 40. So one sms at Voda now costs R15??? Today we have the great experience that none of the numbers works for services. All too busy apparently. Wondering how much longer this company will exist with this kind of service. Also have to wonder if the airtime thing is a one time glitch or maybe we just dont check our balances regularly.....
