Vodahell - beware people...

And I’m back again , my last reviews explained the nightmare I’m going through with the 2 year iPhone 8 Plus contract “Uchoose Flexi 150” package which should have been cancelled in April but hasn’t due to 1) VODACOM incorrectly double debiting my bank account and their system not rectifying the issue 2) Their staff not knowing what they doing and providing incorrect information. So now 3 months after my contract was supposed to be cancelled I find myself with my line cut (since the 6th July I received a sms confirming “outgoing call bar activated) yet they still invoicing me for July & August ! The arrears is now R920.00 - the bill is just going up and up ... in the middle of a pandemic , when people are struggling and losing jobs ... I’m being harassed and mistreated - I’m so ****ing stressed out due to the fact that I’m moving soon and this is affecting my credit. I have spoken to so many different people at VODACOM and no one has helped in the least - the last call I received was because of my review and he was rude , talked over me all the time , raised his voice and simply refused to see things from my perspective - totally lacked any customer service s****s. So now Iv had it , I’m a customer and I have my rights ... if any one from VODACOM reads this I would appreciate a call from a manager or supervisor to get this resolved, the next step I will be contacting the COMPLAINTS AND COMPLIANCE COMMITTEE at the INDEPENDENT COMMUNICATION AUTHORITY OF SOUTH AFRICA for assistance as this has gone on long enough. FFS ... the contract was supposed to be cancelled ? I work from home and my cell line is cut ? I’m STILL being invoiced for a service that is barred?!! A contract that should have been cancelled months ago - where is the fairness in all of this ? At the worst possible time I’m stressed out over something that a massive telecommunications company like VODACOM just can’t get right or resolve in a professional manner. Please anyone reading this , stay the **** away from VODACOM.
