Voda*****

so where do I start! how about with the fact that each day it becomes more and more evident we live in the most ******* country in the world. Vodacom are the epitomy of ********* in disguise, this all comes down to the fact i have been with them for 10 years and despite hearing on numerous ocassions that they have billed people exuberant amounts with no clear explanation, it is only now i truly have felt the full force of this . I have been charged roughly R1200 to R2000 a month on a consistent basis for about 3 years now and all of a sudden last month i was billed around R8000 despite making no changes to my usual usage and even worse having 1 less acount after cancelling my data contract for an i pad. however with this said i did still decide to request a breakdown from vodacom of which i am still waiting for and have recieved zero correspondence , thinking maybe that i indeed had been at fault and accidentally used data without topping up. So i therefore took additional care in buying data top ups every single time my data dropped below 100mb. Only to wake up to a bill of R15 500 this morning! and the worst part of all of this is that if we as consumers dont pay we get cut off and recieve bad credit ratings, which as a businessman is something i just cannot afford. And in all honesty as consumers what can we even do? I personally am no data analyst and do not keep records of my daily data usage, so how am i suppossed to prove these people wrong. I have furthermore spoken to 3 individuals lately who have all been in the same situation as myself , and all i can put it down too is that recently these service providers have had to pay large bonuses at the end of the financial year, to all the so called directors aka "fat cats" who most of the time have no qualifications and offer little to these companies, yet they require new sportscars , properties and holidays at the expense of you and me. Enough is enough and it is about time we start to get answers, and stop just allowing these people to do as they please. Share this if you would love to know how your cellular bills are so high and increase substantially without you actually changing your usage patterns, enough is enough! vodacom answer yourselves, since putting this on fb i have numerous individuals come forward with the same problem, if hello peter cant assist i dont know who else can. Carte Blanche???
