Vodafone threatened legal action for outstanding accounts

Due to Vodacoms poor and pathetic customer service and blocking devices from functioning to their optimum. I decided to leave and join CellC. Since January 2016 I have been canceling contracts with them.

In October 2016 I moved completely to CellC. I wanted premature cancellations from them but they could not do anything till after the 5th of November 2016. On the 7th of November I got my qoutations and paid all immediately.

Then next day I submitted all the signed documents to them and they acknowledge the receival and made my numbers available for portability.

Now they have been haunting and threatened me once to many times. They are owed nothing as I left them, paid up and started with a rival.

Let see them dare to list me at ITC. Vodacom is a pathetic service provider.
