Vodafone Shop East Rand Mall. No staff or service....
No service... been waiting more than an hour on a saturday. No ticketing system... Manager was here and left the shop unattended with only 2 sales an 1 technician ! Phones ring... people walk in and leave. No supervision...no people helping at all. The only technician spent half an hour on a cellphone laughing....surely not a client... a pregnant lady sitting wit no attention... surely being in such a big mall they cant take chances on short staffing. Probably around 30 people that wanted to upgrade and but airtime has come and left..... very bad place...
