Vodafone refusal to honor client instructions

My husband asked to switch our contracts to prepaid on 10 February 2021. His number was moved, but mine wasn't. When he queried this, he was told that someone within Vodafone had made the executive decision not to move my number across to prepaid. This was not communicated to us, nor were we consulted. He again requested my number to be moved to prepaid, and they told us that it had been escalated because the money had left our account already, and would need to be credited. He followed up again at the beginning of March, only to be told that this would only be effective 1 April. I called again today, and they said that I am still on contract and it will need to be escalated. Vodacom is actively *****ing money from us now, as we do not endorse them taking money from our account. This has been escalated to the nth degree. It is disgraceful that Voda are not taking into account our financial position. Disgusting company. My references for the cancelations are *** and ***. Do the honorable thing, Voda, and make this right.
