Vodafone protect is useless

After my phone was ****** I tried to \locate my device"using the Vodafone protect app. (After i locked the app to the phone). The only response I get is \""Device offline\"". I called Vodafone and the operator told me my account does not exsist(after I've been using it for a month) ***???? We have to pay to update this **** app daily!!! For what??? What is the use of this app? How can accounts just disappear? Why is the phone not traceable? Not even the so called Vodacom technician can help me track the phone. Its pathetic. This is the service you get after 10 years being with Vodacom. When the phone is due on payments you know EXACTLY where to find it!!! So FIND the phone and I will PAY the phone.
