Vodafone Protect
I accidentally locked my cell phone and could not get in as i could not remember my vodafone protect password. I phoned Vodacom and was given a whole story about how their system is offline and someone will contact me which of course no one did. I phoned back this morning, spoke to Naledi Madingwane. WOW - what a helpful consultant, she is efficient and friendly and sorted my problem out in no time. A great employee Vodacom - look after her as you are lucky to have someone like that working in your organisation.
