After a year of to and fro, time wasting and irritation, I have no other alternative but to use this method (in fact suggested by one of the Vodacom employees - as they themselves don't know what to tell the customer). According to them they get complaints about this device on a daily basis.<br> <br> I purchased the device (wifi key- 102P769521) approximately a year ago, and have made at least 12 trips to Eastgate Customer Care branch to try to get the devise to work. The last couple of times one of the employees comment was, quote \You are here again".<br> <br> I was told at customer care that the device was more appropriate for laptops"
