Vodafone live subscription

When I checked my bills on Friday the 7th I noticed that there are all of a sudden charges for Vodafone live for both March and April months, so I contacted Vodacom customer care to inqiure and they told me that I subcribed for V-Live and that is why charges are going off of my account. I am very upset cause I never subscribed as they told me. They told me to dial *111#, then select option 11 - Fun stuff, and then option 10 - Next and then option 6 - unsubscribe, but when I tried this several times from Friday to Sunday but it kept on telling me that the service is temporarily unavailable. by Sunday I was fed-up so I called the Vodacom customer care again and informed them that their service isn't allowing me to unsubscribe, so they logged a call with reference number 1- ********** ********** and told me that I should receive an sms once the Vodafone live has been cancelled and unsubscribed, but by today 10:30 I never received any sms or call confirming the cancellation of Vodafone live. For March month they charged me R8.78 and for this month so far R115.11, but I never subscribed for Vodafone live. Today at 10:40 I contact Vodacom customer care and spoke to Nico. I explained that I logged this call on Sunday, but still haven't received any proof of cancellation or unsubscription and she fisrt told me that it is cancelled, but then I asked her how come there are still costs accumulating then? She then looked again and saw that I logged the call on Sunday and that they are still busy with my query. I am very disappointed with Vodacom and the fact that I can't unsubscribe is also very concerning to me. I feel that I shouldn't pay any of the Vodafone live fees, as I never subscribed for this but now it is all of a sudden accumulating fees.

After Vodacom sent me a response yesterday of subscriptions that they see and that they won't refund the money, I rep**** with my below response, but Vodacom didn't respond:

"I never signed up for this - please send proof of where I signed up for this, as I don't even have any smses on my phone for the 29th or 30th which I would and should have received confirming subscription or anything of the sort. If there is proof then I will pay this, but I know that I didn't subscribe to anything. Why would I want to put myself into even more debt especially at the rate that Vodacom rips me off with?"

I am very disappointed in this service that I received, as seeing that there is no response they can't provide me with proof, meaning that they are '*****'.

Please beware people, this is the upmteenth time that I have had compaints about Vodacom.

I am still waiting for feedback to my mail that I sent to Vodacom and my above second post on my copmplaint, but Vodacom is still not responding. This is weak and I noticed that a lot of clients are complaining about this!!! I noticed that this is related to an sms that Vodacom sends stating that you must click on a link to view your benefits and then this must be the app that activates the Vodafone live and then starts encurring fees on a daily basis. This is very ***** of Vodacom to catch people with this sms and I still want proof that I subscribed to Vodafone live, cause I know I didn't, unless it is that sneaky smses that Vodacom sends with a link that should show a person's benefits.
