Vodafone lIve Ripoff

This is my second attempt writing to Vodacom. Since you said i will recieve a call from you but i have not recieved it and my february statement is still reading R471 including the Vodafone life susbscription. Can i please have this rectified before the next debit order.
Please remove the Vodafone life charge and send me the amended invoice without the charge,
