Vodafone Live being billed *****ulantly

I have just checked what my bill is so far on the Vodacom App and see that I'm being charged R538.90 for Vodafone Live. What is this? I never signed up for this. You don't have any security measures in place to prevent wasps on a person's line and now you are *****ing from your customers as well.

Please cancel this on my account with immediate effect. I also expect you to reverse those ********** charges!

I will NOT be renewing my contract with Vodacom when it expires, your service is pathetic!

I have still not been contacted by Vodacom!!! I have just checked my bill so far on the app and the Vodafone Live is now sitting on R585.89, so more money is being taken from me. I want this stopped immediately, else I will lay a charge of ***** against Vodacom at the police station. You are *********** your customers!!! I will also stop my debit order this month and change my banking details and only pay the amount I am legally bound to pay!

I have just spoken to one of your consultants and was advised to unsubscribe from this service via *111# or via the vodafone live website. How convenient is it for you that when you select unsubscribe via *111# you get an error report and when I try to look at my subscriptions on the vodafone live website, it also gives me an error, so I am unable to unsubscribe. UNSUBSCRIBE ME FROM THE SERVICE IMMEDIATELY AND REVERSE THE CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT!!! I expect this to be done by close of business tomorrow, 19 January, else I will take matters further with my lawyer. This is ridiculous!!!
