Vodafibre – If you want really despicable service and blatant lies, then definitely use them. Never ever have I been treated so disgustingly as a paying customer who believed and trusted them. They will tell you a technician will sort out your problem in 72 hours, but they do not arrive. You are the silly, service trusting customer, to believe and trust them – well, if it was not so pathetic, it would be laughable. Is this what 3 year paying customer has to put up with? I will not and if I can help one other person, that does not have to go through what I have, then great, job well done, as no one should be subjected to this. They all earn their nice fat salaries at the end of the month, but the 3-year paying commission only customer, just tough luck for you. You just have to put up with their unadulteratedly despicable service. Service – they do not know how to spell it, let alone give it. Let us not forget that even though you have no service, they will still change the reference numbers and re-submit your debit. The people you are supposed to deal with will send you mail then just disappear, not to be found (again lies?), when you try and follow up to see what has happened. The best is you then speak to someone else and they then tell you there is NO work ticket after you have waited, yet again another 72 hours. Please also remember you will always have to wait and do all the phone calls as to get a call back – laughable as it never happens. I have lost count of the hours ****erally) I have spent on the phone over 6 weeks. I have proof via my phone trail. I also have a paper trail of mails which, clearly, is more lies.. The money I have lost over these nightmare weeks is frightening but why should they care, they have their FAT salaries. Friday 11th: more lies yet again and get an apology – funny. Another weekend with no service and no TV. Mon 14th: Told yet again, it will be switched on & 2.00pm still no switch on. They will then also increase your premium with no notification, just a statement. Thank you Vodafibre for the most repugnant, despicable service ever and kindly remember, the big wheel turns.
