VodaDOM

It has now been 6 months, numerous agents, reference numbers, different departments, different agents, same old sob apologies and creative promises to resolve the overcharges on the account... Unfortunately Vodacom has nothing more in mind than to exploit customers in order to fill their coffers... No customer service and no assistance to resolve issues... DEAR VODACOM - Kindly respond to this question: If the tables had been turned and I did not PAY my account or did not fulfill the requirements as per the VODACOM CONTRACT, kindly advise on the consequences???????????? A fair and decent answer would be appreciated.... !!!!!

Reviewer Update
With all due respect, The response "Our records indicate that your query is currently in hand with the Social Media Team. Kindly allow our team to investigate and resolve your query. "
has been the standard response from the very same social media dept for the last 4 weeks since the January Debit, when it should have been resolved. The February Debit has now gone through and still the same response... It was this same response four times that prompted this Hello Peter review and I am truly sorry, but I find it hard to believe that this investigation has been ongoing for 6 months without a resolution. Had I been the party that dishonoured the contract, I doubt Vodacom would have been this "PATIENT" and understanding... I will however wait "patiently" again for another week, before I add this same discussion to Hello Peter as a review, because again, unfortunately, client concerns and issues are not taken seriously by Vodacom until social media platforms become the playing fields to expose Vodacom's inefficient service
