I have now sent up to 16 emails - and a few calls with responses. I have upgraded two numbers - speaking to consultants on different occasions. Firstly they sent me the wrong phones - with correct upgraded numbers. The the entire process had to be redone. They offered a reward of free data per month, which never transpired. Then I just discovered that they have upgraded the wrong number, which was never even mentioned in the entire sales conversation.
Two weeks later and I'm still waiting on a response.
