Vodacom has to be the worst network ever... Recharged my phone with R150 once.... Bought data and within minutes the airtime had mysteriously disappeared. I can't deal with this network... Data doesn't last and please note that my phone even has a data saver feature. ... Everyone I know is complaining. What a ****py network. The customer service representatives are *********** as well and they don't assist.

We regret taking note of your experience regarding data usage. I could not reach you when I tried calling to check on this matter.
Please load a third party application called My data manager from play store/app store. This application will record applications using data as well as the amount of data being used (going forward). It will identify exactly what your data is being used on.
We have loaded some data and airtime on your number.
