VODACPM BLOCKS YOUR NUMBERS TO PREVENT YOU FROM CANCELING A CONTACT
VODACOM BLOCKS your numbers so that you can't get in touch with them to sort out the cancelation of a contract , so there's simply no way of getting in contact with them neither phoning or on whatsapp cos they don't want you to contact them to cancel a contract !!!!!!
